Packaging Professional:

You've spent $50,000 on a line of equipment that is integrated into a $500,000 packaging line that handles a $20,000,000 per year product line.  Isn't that investment worth $1,495 to keep it running smoothly day after day, year after year?

EZ Maintenance for Packaging can take the guesswork out of keeping your packaging line working at peak performance.  Computerized Maintenance Management Software provided by EZ Maintenance for Packaging will help you:

Improve efficiency
Reduce down time
Eliminate costly repairs

Enhance product quality and consistency

Eliminate the time consuming and often risky paper trail associated with maintenance and scheduling

Network Ready:
EZ Maintenance is a Windows based software package that is a network and multi-user ready.   Literally anyone on a server can have access to it.  For example, a company with a dozen people who need access to the program will have access to the program.  If "simultaneous" use is needed, then the purchase of additional users licenses are available at the amazingly low price of $150 each.

Packaging Equipment Tracking:
Enter and track equipment by class, category, and individual serial number. Pull reports on complete equipments lists, equipment maintenance history, exactly what was done and when, parts used, who performed the work, maintenance due reports, scheduled maintenance calendar reports, maintenance history reports, and inventory reports, to name a few.

Maintenance Scheduling:
Schedule both routine and non-routine maintenance simply and easily. Enter maintenance required for each piece of equipment and its frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc). EZ Maintenance automatically calendars the maintenance for up to a year.

Maintenance Work Orders:
EZ Maintenance will produce a work order for each maintenance procedure to be completed. This work order can contain step-by-step instructions on how to perform a particular maintenance, coupled with a required parts and materials list.

Parts and Materials:
EZ Maintenance will list all parts and materials required for individual maintenance procedures, and print them out on individual work orders.

Bar Coding:
EZ Maintenance will produce bar codes to identify packaging equipment by serial number, or internal control number. To start a maintenance procedure, operators can simply “swipe” the bar code attached to a specific piece of equipment.

Supervisory Control:
EZ Maintenance provides for multi-level passwords. Only a supervisor can approve or edit a maintenance history, or alter schedules.
